What if I’m facing music interruptions while streaming on a mobile app or ipad?

  • Make sure you have the latest App version

  • Change the audio quality:

    1. Open the app

    2. Tap the Menu icon

    3. Go to Settings

    4. Change Audio Stream from 96kbps to 32kbps

  • If the Internet is stable, try the following to turn on Background App Refresh:

    1. Go to Settings

    2. Select General

    3. Select Background App Refresh

    4. Ensure the slider is turned ON. If it is on turn the feature off and back ON again
